Please advice ... ATI RX1550

Hello,


This may seem stupid but "High Tech" it’s not my field :) (Nothing is my field actually)! Am planning to get a new pc ... not an expensive one ...so i chose E2180 CPU/1giga/160H.D/Asus P5GCMX 945
and considering the G.C am wondering is the ATI RX1550 256mg a good graphic card? Is it better than the Intel 950 (integrated ... cheaper...), you know the 950 also got 224mg of memory.
