Facebook cant open

Hello,
i want to ask that my facebook website doesn't open.when i try to open it but it display that it cant display this webpage.when i try to open through cashed facebook then it displays that Cookies Required
"Cookies are not enabled on your browser. Please adjust this in your security preferences before continuing."
although i have DSL.but i am facing this problem .plz anyone can guaid me..

Hello Sir,

If you have cookies disabled to enable please try this:

In Internet Explorer,

click Internet Options on the

Tools menu.
On the Privacy tab, move the settings slider to Low or Accept All Cookies.

Click OK.

Then Restart Internet Explorer

I have tried this option (accept all cookies or low cookies)but again i am facing the same problem.it again displayed internet explorr can't display this webpage.plz tell me another option.thanks..
