Lost my address book on aol

Hello,
my son (bad person) got into my computer from elsewhere and changed my passwords, settings etc. all of my emails are gone, sent, saved, files etc. I also have no more email addresses and I had lots. really want to get them back, but have not idea how. dell computer windows xp aol server
