WD Elements conect Problem

Hello, I bough the WD Elements 1T , it seem working on my mac system, I used for mac time machine program.
But when I switch to windows 7 rc system, when i connect drive on to computer the blue light came up as morally does on the drive, but does not show up in my computer..
dont know how to fix it.. and because of that, i cant format or reformat this hard drive.

Configuration: Windows
Firefox 3.5.2

Hi there,

right click on my computer

manage then move to disk management

once there

you will find the drive

right click on it then

choose what you want to do

either format or partition it
