Umm... for Xbox360/Playstation 3/PC... at any standard gaming retailer. The regular price is now about 30 dollars (more for PS3 and 360). You could go to walmart, best buy, eb games, gamestop, target....

Or if you want it on PC you could also get it at Direct2Drive. (Beware though, this thing has killer mininum requirements:
Processor: Dual core processor 2.6 GHz Intel or 2.2 GHz AMD Athlon 64 X2.
RAM: 1 GB XP, 2 GB Vista
Requires a minimum 256 MB RAM video card.
Must have a DVD ROM drive
8 GB Hard drive space required.
