I have gone on the virgin website several times now and used the complaint form. All you get is a confirmation email and an automatic reply on the landline. Absolute rubbish!! When you ring customer services, you speak to someone in Pakistan and the first thing they ask you is, "what is your password and IPS number!! The information, I require!! AHHHHHHHH!
My set up is: I have a cable box in the lounge that my PC runs through. I no longer have cable tv., with them, have changed over to Freesat. I have my phone line and broadband with them.
I bought my own router for my laptop and it has been running fine up untill lately . When I lost the connection.
Without the ips and password, I can't reconnect.
Perhaps you are right, If I refuse to pay my bill, they might do something!! I've already threatened to leave and go with another provider, that had no effect!
So, how come they provided your router??
