Connect to the internet on smartphone via pc

Hello,
I have a Sitronic imate smartphone that I don't have internet service for and I wanted to know how I can use my pc internet service to connect to the web. I do have a USB cable for my phone to connect to my pc. Many websites state that I can use my cellphone to connect my pc to the web but unfortunately I can't find anything for the vice versa.
