Help!!! Virus wont let me open ANYTHINg!

Hello,
Could some one possibly help me please... I am sure i have a virus and it won let me open system restore,, control panel, run any programmes, download any anti virus software etc. could any on help me please!

Hello, when you tried to open these, what error or message do you get? its is likely that your registry has been corrupted, you can try to use a registry repairer program but sometimes the most durable solution is to format and to install a fresh copy of windows :)
