i really need help! whenever i go into task manager as suggested how do i know which are viruses? im really confused and really need to get this sorted asap i cant figure it out!!! PLEASE HELP ME !!!

Well it is really hard to explain cause there exist so many virus, but the best way to control from virus infection is to first know your system and what have you install on it. normally it is good to know what program are running and be able to identify them, when you dont know, just google the name or make a search on your system to see to which program group it belongs, but 1 thing i noticed most of the suspicious file have name similar to windows system files but are badly written or are written under caplock
