How to turn on bluetooth on my laptop?

Hello,
Can someone tell me how to turn on the bluetooth on my laptop (my laptop is HP Pavilion dv60000).
Write the andwser on my skype vikituuu22.
Please help!

Hi there,

on the laptop side there are switches

from there you can activate it or disable it

Omg plzz any1 knows how to turn on the bluetooth for (acer extensa 4230) i knw that there is bluetooth but i just dnt knw from where to activate it .. am usually good with computers but omg this.. ! i just cant find it
