I can not play my video in full screen

Hello,
After installed windows XP , i can not play my videos in full screen .
and when i try to play videos in full screen my computer will be hang.
my PC have:-
intel celeron proceser
64 MB RAM
530 MHz proceser
and my mother board s.no. is M97630EKB00314 M3300 BA92-00715A
and monitor is:- SAMSUNG COMPUTER 99.07.01

What can i do to play videos in full screen ?
PLEASE TELL ME

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Dear Sir,

Please make sure to download the Video device driver,

Just use the software disc for your computer,

This computer is really slow and windows XP won't run correctly

I will advise you to purchase a new Computer
