Outlook sending phantom messages?

Hello,

When I clicked the Send/Receive button in MS Outlook I noticed there's a message at the bottom of the screen saying "sending 6 messages" yet I had no messages waiting to be sent. This happens often. Any ideas?

Hey yes, i do have one, a bad and naughty virus

have a funn system scan with and updated anti-virus as soon as possible
