Hello, The software that came with my phone does not work and I have downloaded it from numerous sources but still it gets to the end of the install and says.....: Error code 0x80000ffff Descrption/Catastrophic failure setup will now terminate.......

Have tried contacting LG support team who have been so un helpful......please help ....SeanConfiguration: Windows XP Safari 530.5

Hye Bunce,

Do you only have installation problem with the lg software? the error can be due to an error on your system, have you tried to install it on another computer to check?
