If you are talking about the power supply fan and if the fan is installed the right way, no air flow could be caused by the input holes of the power supply (inside the case) being clogged up with dust. |
The fans are quite hard to work out which way they are blowing/sucking, I put mine in the wrong way round a few times before... If you have the fan unscrewed (loose) then place some small pieces of ripped up paper on your desk and then place the fan near.... If it blows them across then you know that is the blowing side... So mark it
If you can be bothered doing all that then just look at the fan and its usually the side with the sticker on that is the direction of "blow" e.g. (Excuse my diagrams) __ | | Sticker this side | | ====> Airflow this way |_| Hope this helps yet again, Excuse my diagrams |
