I am using Windows Vista Home Premium, i want export my outlook windows mail.!
please give the procedure for export the mails and import the mails? (windows Outlook Express)

Hello Sir,

To export and import you mail on Microsoft Office Outlook,

Export:
Open Microsoft Outlook,
Click on File > Import and Export
Select Export to a File, Press Next
Select Personal Folder File (.pst), Press Next
Tick include subfolders, Press Next
Save exported file as, browse where you want it to be saved (save do Desktop)
Then press OK
You will notice a .pst file created on your Desktop

Import:
Open Microsoft Outlook,
Click on File > Import and Export
Select Import from another program or file, Press Next
Import from: Personal Folder File (.pst), Press Next
Browse the .pst file you created
Click on Next
