Cant access the data on my dell desktop

Hello,
hi im having a problem accessing my dell desktop with out the correct pass word.. and i dont know what to do.. i change the pass word today.. after i turn the computer off i then turn it on trying to type the password in and i cannot get in.... what can i do to get into my computer? please i need help!

Dear Sir,

You must have forgotten the password as you just changed it,

So now you just have to use the recovery disc and boot it then recover windows!
