Exchange Server account in Outlook 2003

Hello,
Despirately i have tried to creat account in Outlook 03 with Exchange server, however it comes to check name dialog box and never wants to validate my cridentels..
i have contacted our IT and he said just input ur username and password, i didi it but never helped

is there any additional parameteres to be put inthere


PLEASE HELP, i risk my job if this is not fixed
