Need software to unblock site

Hello,
m in Gulf n here orkut is baned. earlier i hab ultra exe file so i could open blocked site but now i dont knw wat hapn to that exe file it cant work so i need some software or guide me how to open blocked site.

whenever m trying to open site the msg from internet service provider shows dat THIS SITE IS BLOCKE FOR SOME SECURITY REASON.....
