i just bought a new windows vista laptop and i was excited to finally have my own itunes library, but whenever i connect my ipod touch, the computer nor itunes will recognize it, and it doesnt even charge. i dont know if this is relevent, but my ipod version no. is 2.1.1 and ive downloaded the latest version of itunes. ive tried all the different USB ports. ive restarted my ipod. nothing works. how do i solve this problem?
