How can i format my mini acer?

Hello,
i have a mini acer and aparentely it doesnt wanna work.. i wanna find a way to format it since it doesnt have the installation cd room.. please help..

For formatting your mini acer ,all you have to do is just to re-install a fresh copy of windows.

How can i install a fresh copy of windows if my computer doesnt have a cd room where i can put the installation cd..?????????????
