Wireless TATA Indicom net speed dam slow

Hello,
I am using Lenovo laptop with Windows Vista Business version. I am using USB modem of TATA INDICOM. Presently my net speed is 30-35 kpbs both download & upload. Give me some tips to increase my net speed

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.13

to increase your download speed

you need to use a download manager

follow link below and download idm:

http://en.kioskea.net/telecharger/telecharger-886-internet-d­ownload-manager

and clear you browser cache and cookies to increase net speed
