Hello, i have the same problem that many of you guys also have - my computer wont recognize my samsung music player - which means i can't download song from my computer onto my mp3 player - i dont know what the problem could be because when i use another computer it works absolutely fine and i canwith no problem at all put songs onto my mp3 player - so at first i thought it was my computer that was the problem but my mom has the same mp3 player as me - samsung ypt10 - and when i plug that in the USB it works fine and we can download songs from the computer onto her mp3 - so then i thought maybe its my mp3 because why should her's work and not mine when its the same - ? - Anyone who can help me? - it would really make me happy if i could make it work again :)
