Explorer.exe application error Oxc0000005

Hello,

I am runningMS Windows Server 2003 Build 3790 Service Pack 2 and when booting up and logging in I get the error explorer.exe application error Oxc0000005. I have tried to go to the task manager but also get the application error. I tried safe mode and get the same thing.

PLEASE HELP
