Dell latitude d810 bluetooth

I cant seem to activate my laptop bluetooth, its a dell latitude d810. i dont if i have to install a software for it or what keys i have to press. the manual says its bluetooth enabled but it doesnt say how to open it. i search the net and they say i have to press f2+fn and whats happening is the wifi being activated. not the bluetooth,.. help pls..
