BIOS Password for Toshiba M200

Hello,

I got a Toshiba portege m200 off ebay for extremely cheap because it has no hard drive and a bios password the guy couldn't remember.
I always though that removing the bios battery would erase the password, but even without the battery, there's still a password!
I removed the main battery, unplugged the ac, removed the bios battery, then plugged back the ac to power it up, and there is still a password!
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Try the ctrl-tab-ctrl-enter technique, and get a serial number and a challenge code, and there is a prompt for a response code
