Dumping physical memory blue screen restart

Hello,

dis is deepu ya am also facing the same problem but i have been using vista and then i have occured with blue screens and then system restarts and then for this i went to reinstall os then i went for xp sp2 and then again in d middle of installation blue screeen has occured what i should do actuall why this will occur for which viruse or what please can u send me the solution for my question so that i can fix my problem

What is your computer details.

if it is a laptop then you need to do somethings in bios for xp to load - it may be to do with your hard drive

please advise wht computer you are trying this on.

If you have a HP Pavillion dv Series laptop, the problem may have been caused
by Windows Update KB973879. We had dozens of laptops in our university
technical support center tonight with blue screens caused by this update.
