Laptop hangs when usb installed in3 ports

Hello,dj was wondering if u can help me out since new 2 tech world
1 my laptops hangs whenevr i plug any usb device such as mp3 players howevr usb fans etc work fine
2 i hv wireless button on my laptop but it can never find any signal [no network detected]
3 erlier both rams 256 mbs were workin fine but now when i install both rams it hangs can ram card be damaged if i exchange the cards in slots.
its a sahara laptop al-096 120gb core2duo 512 mb ram

This may be a problem on the mainboard,

You just have to take it to be checked by a qualified technician

Thnx buddy but it s anew laptop r there any chances that ram be repaired?moreover can it be just a driver problem 4 usb and wireless? pls reply as sahara repair centers r no more in del thnx

Hi there,

you need to check the frequency of the memory stick

it must both be of same frequency no matter the capacity

and also be careful while holding the memory stick as static energy from body

can damage it.

and for the mp3 and wireless

have you installed the wireless driver

and chipset driver for the motherboard?

look in device manager

Hey i tried cleanin ram wit rubber also swaping both cards but of no use however as per system drivers are installed for usb as well as wireless, cant update directly as not a orgnal software any use of updating drivrs if its alrdy showin in system pls help?
