I want to delete my profile on facebook [Solved]

Hello,
I registerd on facebook a while back but now i want to delete my profile. I do not remember my login email or password. Tried to go to 'forgot password' but they need a code confirming that the email address is correct and i do not know what that is and i never receive the email they say they will send with my login details. Please help.

To delete your Facebook account, you must first deactivated.

Do not attempt to login to your account for no less than 15 days.

Facebook will then delete your account automatically.
