Game run slow

Hello,
my pc configuration is core2duo 1.8ghz,1.25gb ram, nvidia geforce 7050 256mb card
most of the game are running slow like test drive unlimited, hitman blood and money,
please tell me why they are running slow and it is due to processor or graphic card. i think that my processor is 1.8 ghz that's why game are running slow

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.3
