System restarting

Hello,
I have a PIV processor on an asus motherboard. My problem is that my system gets restarted when the supply goes, but does not restarts if I manually switch off the power supply. It works perfectly on my UPS in this case. Can anyone tell me what exactly the problem is. I have tried the same with another UPS, but the same problem. Help me out.................................

I think that your power supply is faulty,

It's better you change to a new one, and the problem will be fixed

Try to find a more powerful one
