Hello,
My Dell laptop is not recognising my SD memory card whichever way I connect it- by the card reader or by a camera (I've tried two different cameras). It sees the card but says there are no photos on it- even though they show up fine on the camera. Other memory cards work fine! So I assume it is something to do with this particular card... I don't seem to have any way of getting the photos off it. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi there,

it seems that you have

set a password on the memory card

go to the memory setting

on the camera and disable the password

then plug it in your card reader

Thanks
