Cannot copy any video file

Hello,
i have bought new samsung star cell phone last week ...i have 4gb external memry card but i cannot copy any video file to my phone..though i have tried by video convertin through samsung pc suite but in cell phone when i play it shows "unsupported media format or bit rate over" i have all format mp4,mpeg4 etc........pls can u help me & i always transfer data through pc suite only

Hello there,

Please check the phone's video compatibility format before your transfer videos

You will need a video converter to convert the videos to a format that the samsung phone will be able to read
