Hello,
i have tried to connect my ps3 with an ethernet cross over cable t my laptop with a three usb modem dongle, i had problems at first then i finally picked up an ip adress now my ps3 is sayin dns server communicaton error 80710102.... i have tried eerything even un-installing y dongle and re-installing i have my settings on share network( i think) but it still doesnt seem to pick up. my laptop is an acer vista PLEASE HELP ME IM DYIN TO CHECK OUT THIS NEW ONLINE GAMING THANKYOU

Hello Sir,

Look the best way to connect your PS3 to the internet,

Is to connect it directly to your router or modem

The cross cable thing isn't a good idea
