Dvd drive can read cd but dont read dvd.

Hello,
MY dvd writer now behaving differently it can read cd and also detect dvd but cant display the data.
i had watched many dvd movies but now it detects dvd but displays blank. but cd's data can be viewed.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi there,

all you need is to update the driver:


right click on my computer>manage

device manager>

expand the list

double click on cd/dvd drive and update driver
