I want to upgrade RAM and CPU in windows 2003

I have windows 2003 server, It have 1.GB of RAM and 3.00GHz of CPU.
Now i want upgrade this machine for running fast. How much more RAM and CPU that support on it.

Dear Sir,

It's better you post the complete specification of your CPU else i won't be able to give you a solution

You can try upgrading the RAM to 4 gb make sure to get same frequency of DDR memory module

and also check on the internet about your motherboard CPU compatibility
