DSI INTERNET HELP!!♥

Hello,, mkay so my dsi is working fine and so is the dsi shop but when i try to get on the internet it wont go i mean it recieves the internet but it just says "invalid adress " or currently unavailable all the time and i try to go to normal websites like ask.com or google .com and no i dont make up any website so any soulutions?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
