Msn contacts cant see my messages

Hello,


I have downloaded and installed the latest msn.

i can:

- sign in ok, now and then
- see all my contacts online and offline ones
- they can send me messages instantly
- web cam works, now and then, i can see them on webcam, they can see me

i can't:

- they cant see my message immediately, the one time it took 45 mins for them to reply

any ideas why this is happening? anything i should be checking?

any help is appreciated

Hello there,

this depends on the connection speed you are using,

I will advise you to uninstall the new version and install the Windows Live Messenger 8.5

Download it here:

I can send messages sporadically, I can receive files and I can send webcam but

I can't receive any messages off of anybody and a majority of the time they don't receive mine either

i don't get a "message not sent" error when i send messages as well

my firewall is off as well
