Sir,

When I tried to configure outlook 2003 on my PC (windows xp) with my rediffmail A/c, and test checked, it is getting connected, but then displaying a message ' incoming and out going server do not accept your user name and password". My mail ID is active.

Please also let me know whether it is a free service or not, and whether I have to make any changes in my rediff A/c Settings.

Thanking you.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
