Opening applications in the secondary monitor

Hello,
I have set up a computer with dual monitor display. Currently, all applications open in the primary monitor, and can be dragged to the secondary monitor. I would like to have specific applications (Outlook, for example) always open in the secondary monitor.
Does anyone have any suggestions???

Download the "make primary monitor" mini program
Download a keyboard macro program
Write a keyboard macro to run "make primary monitor"
Have the macro script load at startup
Mouse onto the secondary monitor and execute the macro key.
Voila, your secondary monitor has just become your primary monitor.

Hye Sir,

You just have to drag outlook to the secondary monitor!

or you will have to use Ultramon to do this:
