my mp4 has a problem and that is , when you switch it on it will load and will not come on and when you also insert it to a computer it comes but the computer does not recognize it for it to be formatted ..... the hard ware wizard will write " the hard ware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software ....... in my view i think it is a virus but i can get access to format or scan it i want to know what i should do..?????? plz need your help urgently
