CPU FAN ERROR

Hello, I just finish buidling my computer and i had this error ( CPU fan Error, Please press F1 to Resume...). How do I remove it? The fan i spinning, but nevertheless the problem is occured.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.13

Have you connected the cpu fan to the correct power connector on the motherboard?
it's normally the one closest to the cpu. if connected to one of the others then the sensor will not pick up the fan.
go into bios and see if there are any other fans detected, if your bios shows this.
