Hello,
I am using Vista and my kids must have loaded something onto our desktop.
It is telling me that it is cofiguring Updates;Stage 3 of 3 0% complete. Do not turn off computer"
It goes no further. It offers options of F12 and Del to get around it but I am unsure what to change. can you help?xugoConfiguration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

hi there,

its windows updates

that are being installed

do not turn off the pc till not completed

and when starting also it will take a little time
