Hello,
I am using Vista and my kids must have loaded something onto our desktop.
It is telling me that it is cofiguring Updates;Stage 3 of 3 0% complete. Do not turn off computer"
It goes no further. It offers options of F12 and Del to get around it but I am unsure what to change. can you help?xugo

Hi there,

its windows updates

that are being installed

do not turn off the pc till not completed

and when starting also it will take a little time
