Hello,
Ok..so everytime I plug in my camera with the USB port nothing happens. The camera turns on and acts like its about to start downloading all my pictures but nothing ever happens. I've tried using a card reader and I've also stuck my card into my slot in the computer. Nothing ever works. I need help!! I can't ever upload any pictures to my computer.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Check whether the USB driver was installed correctly, you are advised to read the camera manual and check for correct way to download pictures from camera to computer, and any additional driver or software is needed to be installed on computer. If still having problem, check with camera shop staff.
