I have an Access database on one computer of my home network, but when I try to open it on the other computer, I get a warning for an unknown publisher. If I continue and try to open it, it fails with an error message about how it's unable to open the file because it exists outside my intranet or on an untrusted site and how Microsoft Access will not open the file because it is a potential security risk.
I seem to be able to open all other file types on the primary machine from the secondary - Word, Excel, etc. Can anyone tell me what the problem is with this Access database?

In IE, Tools, Internet Options, Security, Trusted Sites, Sites. Add the host machine name to the list and remove the check mark from the box that states Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone. |
