Cod5 cant make a online profile

Hello,
i have problem in making a online profile in cod5. it says "are you sure you want to make a online profile" and when i enters the name it repeats its saying the above line and did not make any profile.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5

Hello Sir,

Please check your firewall settings, if it's blocking the game from accessing the internet,

Go to Control Panel and Open your Windows Firewall,

add the game to the exceptions list

Hi i got a problem here i did all that at it take so long to make a profile and it like takes 10 hours or so some times it woun't even make a profile

Hi, i fixed it by uninstalling the entire game, re-installing and then BEFORE you patch to any new version try opening the game and creating an account
