ZX2 CD Player Suddenly Stooped WorkingClosed

Hello,

I have a ZX2 2000 Ford Escort, and one day hit the CD to listen to one of six CD's, and the radio monitor read," NO CD." Also, I went to the car trunk to physically open the cd changer door and it won't open. What could be the problem??
