i have a hp dv9700 laptop and the problem with it is that when ever i watch a movie or if i play a video , the system freezes and shows me the blue physical dump memory screen and then turns off and when it restarts i have a blank screen but i knkow that the laptop is on ....as when i press f10 and enter it restarts again as it was in the bios page setup ...... please help me get this back working fine .....
