Hello,
how to change the settings of my pc, and i cannot find the control panel options in my start menu
and if i click the set program access default programs and then automatically the message the operations has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect in your computer. please contact ur system administrator be displayed . what should i do for this...? please help me...........
