NOKIA Xpress 5800 - Packet data not available

Hey you guys,
I just moved back to the US from another country on a got a T-mobile SIM CARD.
I slot it in my phone and i tried to use the internet and it said 'Packet data not available.
Help me out please? tell me the steps. Im a young girl who doesnt know how to use her Nokia Xpress 5800...
please?

Also, my IM doesnt work on my Nokia Xpress too. Please help me. ]:
