Hello,
I've tried every anti virus i have and not one could remove it, my roommate already can't use her user mine is slowing way down someone please help!!! I've tired AVG8, Avira, Avast! and Nod32 i can't get malwarebyte to fulling install i'm running out of things to use someone please help.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.13

down load and install the above in safe mode

it's a virus removal tool from kaspersky. install and do a sweep of your system in safe mode. (the software uninstalls itself when you close it.)
